Tweed Produce ListThis list has been compiled by Tweed Tourism to:
- facilitate direct links between the regions farmers, wholesalers and chefs,
- raise awareness of what is available within the Tweed,
- increase the usage of local fresh produce in our restaurants and cafes,
- decrease the need to transport produce in and out of the region,
- assist in the promotion of the Tweed as a Food Destination.
